The Rambo 500 self-driven pile driver meets the needs of medium to large solar contractors. The Rambo 500 did not just evolve from a motorway (Highway) safety barrier pile driver, it was specifically designed from the ground up for the solar industry. This self-propelled machine is maintainable locally through a manufacturing process that includes major components from recognised global brands. It has a 5 ton undercarriage with the best ground clearance on the market, which allows travel even in the most difficult terrains e.g. uneven & soft ground (mud & water) without any problems. The Rambo 500 comes as standard with a 6 metre telescopic mast , this mast is unique to the pile driving industry with its compact design. Coupled to the twin telescopic beam it allows rapid ease of operation. At the heart of the hydraulic system is the Eaton load sensing hydraulic pump, which again is unique to the pile driving industry and the result/advantage is greater fuel efficiency plus you get excavator type hydraulic performance. The Rambo 500 comes with a remote control as standard which allows safer loading of the machine which is a requirement in certain markets.
